Role

We are hiring Career Counselors for our Indore office. This is a sales-focused counseling role where you will connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend suitable programs, and convince them to enroll in the right course.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals.
- Understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course benefits, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Handle queries, objections, and regular follow-ups.
- Convince prospects and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly counselling and sales targets.




- Maintain lead records and follow-ups in CRM.

Requirements:-

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Smart, confident, and self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with calling, sales, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Freshers with 0 experience who are smart and passionate are welcome.
- Experienced candidates from EdTech, Inside Sales, Academic/Career Counseling, or Education Sales are welcome.

Location: Rafael Tower, Saket Square, Old Palasia, Indore Job Type: Full time | Work From Office

Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday – Saturday
