About the Role
We are looking for Career Counsellors / Career Workshop Facilitators to work with Grade 10
students across CM-SHRI Schools in Delhi. The role involves conducting engaging career counselling and awareness workshops, supporting students in understanding different career pathways, and coordinating closely with schools for smooth implementation of the program.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct Career Counselling and Career Awareness Workshops for Grade 10
students in CM-SHRI Schools.
Administrate Psychometric assessment in schools
● Facilitate interactive sessions on:
○ Career exploration and awareness
○ Stream and subject selection
○ Career pathways after Class 10
○ Higher education and vocational opportunities
○ Understanding students' interests, strengths and aspirations
● Coordinate with school authorities, teachers and designated school coordinators to plan and conduct sessions.
● Travel daily to assigned CM-SHRI Schools across Delhi as per the project schedule.
● Maintain timely communication with the project team regarding school visits, session completion and student participation.
● Ensure timely completion of assigned workshops and other project activities.
● Represent the organisation professionally while interacting with students, teachers and school management.
Eligibility
● Graduation in Psychology / Education / Social Work / related field.
● Candidates with a certification, diploma, elective course or relevant training in counselling will also be considered.
● Prior experience in career counselling, student counselling, teaching, training or conducting workshops will be an added advantage.
● Robust communication and presentation skills.
● Comfortable working with Grade 10 students.
● Willingness to travel daily to different CM-SHRI and NDMC Schools in Delhi.
● Ability to independently manage school visits and coordinate with school stakeholders.
