Canadian Immigration Legal Writer / Submission Specialist

We are looking for a strong legal writer with excellent English and analytical skills to join our Canadian immigration team.

The ideal candidate should have a law background (LL.B./B.A. LL.B. preferred) and experience in Canadian immigration, legal drafting, immigration case processing, or working with an RCIC/immigration lawyer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft professional submission letters, LOEs, PFL responses, reconsideration/refusal responses, restoration letters and relationship narratives
- Prepare strong written submissions for study permits, work permits, PR and other immigration applications
- Review client history and supporting documents to build a explicit and persuasive case narrative
- Conduct research on IRCC policies, IRPA, IRPR and relevant immigration requirements
- Identify inconsistencies,



weaknesses, missing information and supporting evidence
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, professional and based strictly on the client's facts

Preferred Candidate:

- LL.B./B.A. LL.B. or similar legal background
- Excellent written English
- Strong research, reasoning and storytelling abilities
- Canadian immigration experience highly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex cases

We are looking for someone who can combine legal thinking with persuasive, evidence-based writing. This is not a general content-writing position. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
