Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cafe Server to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and qualified manner.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
- Check on guests regularly and attend to their requests or concerns.
- Handle guest queries and coordinate with the supervisor or manager when required.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards across the service area.
- Assist with table clearing, resetting, and overall cafe upkeep.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Handle billing/payment processes when assigned.
- Upsell menu items and suggest beverages or food items where appropriate.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and report any complaints or issues to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies, attendance requirements, and grooming standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and polite personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
