Role & responsibilities

- Assist the product development/ documentation team by providing 3D and 2D designs for HVAC equipment and devices.

- Develop fully parametric 3D models including parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies as per design requirements.

- Create 2D, BOM, manufacturing drawings and DXF as part of the standard CAD package.

- Coordinate with the design and analysis teams for necessary product changes.

- Produce defect-free CAD models/drawings.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in CAD engineering with Autodesk Inventor (must)

- Good knowledge of sheet metal, part modelling, assembly modelling, parametric design.

Valuable to have

- Good knowledge of the assembly process.

- Experience with CAD management systems.

- Knowledge of HVAC equipment like Rooftop products, ERV, mixing box, Economizers, Dampers, Diffusers, grills, etc. will be an added advantage.

- Basic Knowledge of iLogic design will be an added advantage.
