Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.

- Handle incoming enquiries and provide customers with relevant information.

- Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.

- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products/services.

- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

- Convert interested prospects into customers by effectively communicating product perks.

- Schedule appointments or meetings with interested customers.

- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.

- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.

- Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales/conversion targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and customer follow-up.

- Provide regular updates on calling activities, lead status, and conversions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
