Role Description The Business Strategy Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for developing and refining business strategies for clients, including conducting market and competitive analyses, identifying growth opportunities, and building scalable business plans.

The specialist will collaborate closely with founders and internal teams to align strategy with brand positioning, marketing initiatives, operational workflows, and financial considerations. Day-to-day work includes preparing strategic roadmaps, presenting recommendations, facilitating strategy workshops,



and supporting implementation of current systems and processes. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, iterating on strategies based on data and feedback, and contributing to DN&Co;’s broader ecosystem of integrated business solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong business planning and consulting skills, with the ability to design practical, scalable strategies for modern businesses.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and experience in market research to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders and facilitate collaborative discussions.
- Experience in strategic consulting, growth strategy, or business transformation within startups or high-growth environments is preferred.
- Understanding of branding, marketing, and operational systems, with the ability to connect these functions into cohesive business architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools, presentation software, and basic financial modeling is beneficial.
