BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

BESS EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month

Industry: Renewable Energy | Solar Energy | BESS

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- BESS certification/training is an added advantage.

Experience Required

- 2–5 years of experience in BESS Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in client acquisition, technical sales, negotiation, and sales closure.
- Strong understanding of BESS solutions and applications.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities across Kerala.
- Meet clients and understand their BESS requirements.
- Explain BESS technical solutions and benefits.
- Generate leads, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients.
- Drive sales from lead generation to successful closure.
- Maintain solid client relationships and achieve sales targets.
