Role & responsibilities

- Ensure exceptional customer service and promote an excellent customer-centric culture among staff.

- Implement effective solutions to address issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- Be adaptable to changing customer needs and preferences.

- Ensure the stores layout and product displays are visually appealing and in compliance with company guidelines.

- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the store's success.

- Manage store expenses, budget, and resources effectively.

- Create a positive and inclusive work setting where all team members feel valued and motivated.

- Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and expenses.

- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.





- Manage and deliver a profitable store by achieving the AOP, audit and D&E; target for the respective store.

- Take decisions with respect to stock proliferation, customer relations, and refunds /refund policies.

- Ensure timely and accurate implementation of both new and existing processes, promotions, and marketing offers in the store Inventory Management.

- Allocating tasks and creating duty rosters for staff.

- Ensuring the store layout and other implementation is according to the planogram.

- Uphold all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
