Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Manager with robust experience in the Travel & Tourism industry. The candidate will be responsible for business development, sales, lead generation, client handling, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and increase sales.
- Generate and convert leads through calls, enquiries, references, digital channels, and business networks.
- Handle B2C/B2B travel enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, DMCs, and other business associates.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the travel industry.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of travel services.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue, and business growth.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports.




- Support the team in achieving monthly and yearly business targets.
- Attend client meetings, business discussions, travel events, and networking opportunities when required.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation.
- Valuable knowledge of travel products, destinations, packages, and tourism services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on business growth.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools and basic reporting.
- Experience in B2B travel sales will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in Travel Agency, Tour Operator, DMC, B2B Travel Sales, Corporate Travel, or Holiday Package Sales will be preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards + performance incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
