We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in Koramangala, Bangalore, and help us grow our digital marketing services portfolio.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities• Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Connect with prospects to understand their business requirements
- Schedule client meetings and service demonstrations
- Present and explain digital marketing solutions to prospective clients
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure smooth project handover
- Maintain CRM records and track the sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly revenue and business development targets
Requirements• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing Services is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, market research, and client relationship management
- Ability to conduct client meetings, deliver service demos, and close business opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
