Business Development Manager (Healthcare RCM Sales)

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Sales, Appointment Setting, and Inside Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads through cold outreach, booking qualified appointments, nurturing prospects, and closing deals independently.

The role requires an individual contributor who can drive revenue growth by acquiring new healthcare clients, developing a strong sales pipeline, and effectively presenting Viaante's Healthcare RCM service offerings to decision-makers in the US healthcare industry.

Healthcare RCM Sales

· Promote Healthcare RCM services including:

· Prior Authorization

· Eligibility Verification

· Medical Coding

· Charge Capture

· Payment Posting

· Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-Up

· Credentialing Services

· Develop customized sales approaches and value propositions based on client requirements.





· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Client Acquisition

· Target healthcare organizations including:

· Medical Billing Companies

· Physician Groups

· Clinics

· Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs)

· Radiology Centers

· Diagnostic Laboratories

· Specialty Practices

· Build relationships with CXOs, Practice Administrators, Revenue Cycle Leaders, and other key stakeholders.

Sales Skills

· Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

· Excellent objection handling and closing abilities.

· Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting.

Communication Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to create customized and effective sales emails.

· Confidence in presenting to senior-level stakeholders and CXOs.

Technical & Research Skills

· Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools.

· Experience using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and AI-powered productivity tools.

· Familiarity with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI tools is an advantage.

Education

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.

· MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM Sales.

· Proven experience in Appointment Setting and Inside Sales.

· Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and revenue growth.

· Experience working with US healthcare providers and RCM service selling is mandatory.

Work Schedule

· 5 Days Working

· International Work Culture

· Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

· Work From Office Only (No WFH)
