Job Summary The Business Development Manager – EAP Services will be responsible for generating new corporate partnerships and promoting Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to organizations. The role focuses on building relationships with HR leaders, corporate decision-makers, and business partners to expand MantraCare’s EAP services across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and develop new corporate clients for EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.

 Build relationships with HR leaders, HRBP, CHROs, and corporate decision-makers.

 Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for EAP solutions.

 Generate and manage a robust pipeline of corporate leads.

 Convert prospects into long-term corporate partnerships.

 Collaborate with the operations and psychology teams to ensure smooth implementation of EAP programs.

 Monitor market trends and analyse competitor EAP offerings.

 Negotiate pricing,



contracts, and service agreements with clients.

 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 Maintain CRM records and prepare sales performance reports.

Required Skills

 Strong B2B corporate sales and relationship management skills

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

 Understanding of EAP programs, corporate wellness, or HR solutions

 Ability to build long-term corporate partnerships

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

 MBA preferred

Experience

 3–7 years of experience in business development or corporate sales

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Number of corporate clients onboarded for EAP services

 Revenue generated from EAP partnerships

 Lead conversion rate

 Client retention and satisfaction
