Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive SFL's growth in Bengaluru. The role will focus on sports infrastructure acquisition, strategic partnerships, and business development for SFL's technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Acquisition & Expansion:

- Identify and acquire recent venues including schools, clubs, gymkhanas, sports complexes, and residential communities.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, partnerships, and revenue-sharing models.
- Drive the expansion of SFL academies across Bengaluru.

Business Development & Partnerships:

- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Promote SFL's technology solutions to schools, clubs, academies, and sports organizations.




- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure.

Desired Profile:

- 3 to 7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management.
- Should be able to speak in Kannada and English fluently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve growth targets.
- Experience in sports, education, technology, or related sectors will be an advantage.

Key Success Metrics:

- New infrastructure partnerships acquired.
- New business opportunities generated and converted.
- Revenue growth from partnerships and technology solutions.
- Expansion of SFL's presence across Bengaluru.
