Business Development Manager – Interior Design

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Interior Design and Fit-Out industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the interior design, retail, commercial, residential and corporate segments.
- Generate leads through networking, references, market research, digital platforms and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, builders and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Production and Execution teams for project proposals.
- Prepare and present company profiles, quotations, proposals and commercial offers to clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely conversion of leads into orders/projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and project discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and project requirements with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Track sales pipelines, lead status,



quotations and conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Interior Design / Turnkey / Fit-Out projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and business development abilities.
- Good understanding of project costing, quotations and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
- Strong client relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Design, Production and Project Execution teams.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in Interior Design, Retail Interiors, Commercial Interiors, Modular Furniture, Architecture, Fit-Out or Project Sales will be preferred.

Salary: 50K-80K/- Pm .
