Shift: 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Fixed Shift || International Business Hours)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Development Manager who can drive sales, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in international markets. This role is ideal for candidates comfortable working early-morning shifts aligned with US/overseas clients.





What You'll Do

- Drive international sales growth, especially with Australian clients.
- Do end-to-end sales

Requirements:

- 3 -8+ years of experience in product/solution end-to-end sales
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets
- Robust communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in 3 AM to 12 PM shift (MANDATORY)
- MANDATORY: Experience working with international clients (UK, US, Canada, Australia, or other international markets) with excellent English communication skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and energetic personality
