nHead Field Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Domestic Staffing Division.

n

nKey Responsibilities:

- Drive new client acquisition for the Domestic Staffing business.
n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across PAN India.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
n
- Generate leads, conduct client discussions, and convert opportunities into business.
n
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our domestic staffing customer base.
n
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

nRequirements:

n

n
- Proven experience in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Business Development .
n
- Strong understanding of the PAN India staffing market.
n
- Existing relationships or connections with staffing customers will be preferred.
n
- Solid client acquisition, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and deliver against business development targets.
n
- Candidates with an established network within the domestic staffing industry are encouraged to apply.
