Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Bengaluru.

The role involves connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career goals and requirements, explaining suitable training programs, following up with leads, building relationships, and contributing to business growth.

This is a good opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in Business Development, Sales, Counselling, and Customer Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect and engage with prospective learners through calls.
- Understand students' career goals, educational backgrounds, and skill requirements.
- Counsel prospective learners on suitable AENEXZ training and career-oriented programs.
- Explain program structure, learning outcomes, mentorship, projects, and placement support.
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the conversion journey.
- Maintain and update lead information, follow-ups, and conversion status in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and existing learners.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, campus activities, and other outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate with training, operations, marketing, and counselling teams to ensure a smooth learner journey.




- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
- Stay updated on AENEXZ programs, industry trends, learner requirements, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduation is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition, Counselling, or Relationship Management is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and counselling abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Compensation & Growth opportunities

During Training:

₹17,000 Stipend + ₹10,000 Incentives

After Training:

PPO: ₹4–6 LPA (Performance Based)
