n? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential US clients.

- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other platforms.

- Connect with decision-makers and hiring managers.
n
- Introduce our recruitment and staffing services to prospective clients.
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
n
- Follow up with prospects and identify new business opportunities.
n
- Maintain daily activity and prospecting reports.
n
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting targets.
