Role & responsibilities

- Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google research and other channels.

- Promote and sell IT services and technology products to potential clients.

- Handle the complete sales cycle: Lead Generation Client Introduction Requirement Understanding Demo/Presentation Follow-up Negotiation Closure.

- Conduct product/service presentations and demos to prospects.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospects and existing clients.

- Use lead-generation and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, Clutch and similar platforms.

- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales pipeline records in CRM/sheets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Achieve assigned lead generation,



conversion and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 0 - 4 years of experience in IT Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.

- Experience in selling IT Services, Software, SaaS or IT Products is preferred.

- Strong English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Good understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques.

- Confident in client interaction, follow-ups and closing.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive approach.

- Experience with domestic and/or international IT markets will be an advantage.

- Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in IT Sales are also encouraged to apply.
