About the Role

CEECO International is seeking an experienced and visionary Business Development Executive– Online & Offline to drive business growth through both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Identify and develop recent business opportunities and potential clients
3. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
4. Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visibility across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
5.



Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to identify opportunities and strengthen market presence.
6. Track market trends and competitor activities.
7. Generate leads through online platforms, networking, field visits, and referrals
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 1 plus year of experience in business development/Marketing preferred.
3. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
5. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
6. Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
