Mr Rokesh Softwares is looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive to help us connect with businesses, understand their requirements, and introduce the right software and digital solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers, generating new business opportunities, following up with prospects, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential business clients.
- Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client business requirements and challenges.
- Present suitable solutions including custom software, ERP/CRM, mobile applications, websites, and digital marketing services.
- Explain proposals and services clearly to prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
- Convert qualified opportunities into clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to communicate client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.




- Work towards monthly business development and sales targets.

Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching and communicating with business owners.
- Good presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic understanding of software/digital services is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn about new technologies and business solutions.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
