About the Role

Madchen Film is a video production agency based in Pune, specializing in Real Estate Video Production (Project Walkthroughs, Ad Films, Drone Shoots, Architectural Films, and Monthly Site Progress Videos).

We are looking for a driven, result-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to expand our client base by connecting with builders, real estate developers, and marketing agencies across Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and reach out to real estate builders, developers, channel partners, and marketing heads in Pune.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and direct site visits.
- Pitching & Presentation:
- Present Madchen Film's video portfolio and capabilities to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and suggest tailored video packages (Walkthroughs, Social Media Retainers, Commercial Ads).
- Proposal & Deal Closure:
- Prepare and send quotations/proposals in coordination with the internal team.
- Follow up, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
- Retainer Account Management:
- Pitch monthly video subscription packages (e.g., monthly site construction updates)



to secure recurring revenue.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Reporting:
- Maintain daily sales activity logs, upcoming client meetings, and pipeline status reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, MBA Marketing, BMM, or equivalent preferred).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of sales experience in Real Estate Marketing, Advertising/Digital Agencies, or Media/Production Houses.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Pune real estate landscape and existing developer/agency contacts is a strong advantage.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler for field visits.
- Key Traits: Target-oriented, strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and comfortable with cold outreach.
