Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our Vinspire services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating recent business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the recruitment business development process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, references, and field visits.
- Visit companies and meet prospective clients.
- Promote HR recruitment & placement services.
- Build client relationships and follow up on business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team on client requirements.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; freshers can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/field visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
