StayQR is a hotel operations and guest-experience platform built for independent hotels. It helps hotels manage reservations, guest check-in, rooms, housekeeping, billing, food and service workflows and QR-powered guest experiences through one connected platform.

We are currently expanding StayQR in Nagpur and are looking for Business Development Associates who can connect with hotel owners and managers, introduce StayQR and identify genuine business opportunities.

This is a part-time and versatile performance-based opportunity. The first 30 days will be a performance evaluation period and there is no fixed salary during the first month. The role is suitable for students, freshers, homemakers, freelancers, people restarting their careers and candidates looking for additional income with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities: Contact hotels and hospitality businesses in Nagpur; speak with hotel owners, managers and decision-makers; introduce StayQR in a professional and simple manner; understand basic hotel requirements,



room count and current operating process; identify interested prospects; schedule qualified product discussions with the sales team; maintain accurate lead and follow-up records; coordinate with StayQR regarding interested prospects; and represent the StayQR brand professionally. First-Month Compensation The first 30 days are a performance evaluation period with no fixed salary.

You can earn through: ₹100 for every genuine qualified product discussion that is successfully attended. 10% commission on the first annual subscription amount successfully collected from a customer generated by you. Annual-plan commission examples: Starter Annual — ₹9,999 → approximately ₹1,000 commission Growth Annual — ₹24,999 → approximately ₹2,500 commission Scale Annual — ₹49,999 → approximately ₹5,000 commission Active associates meeting agreed activity requirements will also receive communication support required for the role.

Earning Opportunity: High-performing associates can potentially earn ₹10,000+ per month through incentives and commissions, depending on genuine opportunities and successful paid conversions. This is performance-linked and is not a guaranteed monthly income.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
