The BDA will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents, understanding their educational requirements, providing suitable learning solutions through counselling and demo sessions, and converting leads into admissions.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, resilient, confident in communication and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Fluency in spoken Bengali is mandatory.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good convincing and customer-handling ability.
· Prior experience in EdTech Inside Sales will be an added advantage.
· Freshers with valuable communication skills may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
· Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective students/parents.
· Understand customer requirements and educational needs.
· Conduct quality video counselling and demo sessions.
· Explain Tutopia's courses, programmes, features and learning solutions.
· Recommend suitable courses based on customer requirements.
· Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain proper lead records.
· Update and maintain accurate information in the CRM.
· Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
· Convert qualified leads into admissions/sales.
· Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
· Coordinate with relevant teams for smooth customer onboarding and post-sales support.
Key Performance Areas
Performance will be assessed based on daily calling, quality of counselling/demo sessions, lead follow-up, conversion, CRM discipline, revenue/admission generation, and achievement of weekly and monthly targets.
