About the Role:

Biotecnika is looking for an enthusiastic and communication-focused Business Development Associate – Life Sciences to join our team. The role involves interacting with prospective learners, understanding their career goals and learning requirements, and helping them identify suitable Biotechnology and Life Sciences training programs offered by Biotecnika.

This position is well suited for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are interested in building a career in business development within the Biotechnology and Life Sciences industry. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

·Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

·Understand customers' career aspirations, learning requirements, and skilled goals.

·Provide clear information about Biotecnika’s Biotechnology and Life Sciences training programs.

·Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication throughout the enrollment process.

·Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.





·Identify suitable learning programs based on customer requirements and guide them through the enrollment process.

·Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.

·Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.

·Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

·Track follow-ups, lead status, and customer interactions effectively.

·Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to the growth of Biotecnika’s training programs.

Eligibility:

·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

·Candidates with B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., or M.Tech. qualifications are eligible.

·0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Tele-calling, or related areas.

·Freshers are encouraged to apply.

·Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

·Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate relevant solutions effectively.

·Willingness to learn about Biotechnology and Life Sciences training programs.
