Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and field visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant IT services and SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product/service presentations and sales meetings with prospective clients.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer information using CRM tools.
- Convert qualified prospects into customers through effective sales and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of IT Sales and SaaS products/services.




- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good understanding of the B2B sales process.
- Prior experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development is preferred.
