We are looking for an Immediate Joiner – Business Development Executive to join our team and drive current business development, client acquisition, sales, account management, and revenue growth.

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Ghansoli / Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Working Days: 6 Days

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Facility: Pick & Drop facility available from Ghansoli Railway Station to the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Identify and acquire new clients
- Handle B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Manage RFP, Non-RFP, tender, and proposal activities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and negotiations
- Develop existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling




- Coordinate with Operations and internal teams
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Manage business pipeline, client relationships, and account growth
- Support billing, collections, and client retention
