We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 6-9 years of experience in Temenos T24 (Transact) Retail Banking and strong exposure to Arrangement Architecture (AA). The role involves requirements gathering, solution design, and supporting automation initiatives in core banking systems.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for T24 AA modules (Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Payments, FT, Customer).
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, and support solution design with functional teams.
- Perform gap analysis and define business process improvements.
- Support SIT/UAT testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process automation and optimization.
