- To identify and acquire Recent to Bank (NTB) clients in Business Banking portfolio.
- Understand clients business model, cash flows and trade related activities, changes in current market trends and identify opportunities for providing Fund based or Non-Fund based credit facilities including cash credits, term loans, Bank Guarantees, Demand Loans Etc.
- Direct interaction with customers to ensure creditworthiness, verification of documents and strong adherence to the loan policies set by the bank.
- Undertake all works involved in submitting loan application for processing, further query reply, compliance of pre sanction conditions until final disbursement and ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Close interaction with Territory Sales Head, Branches and Business Banking Department for smooth operation and maximization of business.
