Key responsibilities

Monitor live features, track performance, adoption, and issues, and recommend improvements

Analyze user behavior and business data to find gaps, risks, and growth opportunities

Gather business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Support roadmap planning with impact analysis, feasibility inputs, and business cases

Create dashboards and regular reports for stakeholders and leadership Requirements

2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role

Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel (BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker are a plus)

Experience writing user stories in Agile environments Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Problem-solving mindset with solid attention to detail

Nice to have

Experience in a tech, SaaS, or digital product environment

Knowledge of product analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude)
