We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong expertise in HEDIS, Medicare Stars, and Healthcare Quality Measures. The candidate will work closely with business, clinical, quality, and technology teams to translate healthcare requirements into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work as Product Owner / Business Analyst for HEDIS and Quality Measures initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of HEDIS measures, exclusions and quality requirements.
- Work on Medicare Advantage Stars / CMS Star Ratings initiatives.
- Collaborate with Quality, Clinical, Claims, Enrollment, Provider, and Technology teams.
- Support HEDIS data validation, reconciliation, testing, and UAT.
- Analyze changes in HEDIS/Stars requirements and assess business/system impact.
- Manage product backlog, prioritize requirements, and coordinate with development/QA teams.




- Support end-to-end delivery from requirements through UAT and production.

Mandatory Skills:

- 8+ years overall experience
- Hands-on HEDIS experience Mandatory
- Medicare Stars / Quality Measures Mandatory
- Strong US Healthcare / Healthcare Insurance experience
- Business Analysis / Product Ownership experience
- Agile/Scrum, User Stories, BRD/FRD, UAT
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Positive to Have:

- Medicare Advantage experience
- Healthcare Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Clinical, and Pharmacy data knowledge
- SQL / healthcare data validation
- Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps experience

Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work From Office)

Shift Timing: 2 PM 11 PM
