Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Retail Banking/ lending

Experience: 2-6 Years

Role Overview To lead business requirements analysis for Retail Lending / Loan Collection processes by gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements. The role ensures alignment between business objectives and system capabilities through detailed requirement elicitation, solution definition and effective stakeholder collaboration. Involved in end to end Project lifecycle including UAT & Go-Live.

Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed discussions with customers to understand their business requirements.
- Analyze functional and domain requirements for Retail Lending and Loan Collection processes.
- Translate business objectives and policies into explicit, actionable requirements.
- Ensure adoption of standard accelerators and best practices at the client site.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and User Stories.
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.




- Collaborate with technical teams to define feasible, scalable, and efficient solutions.
- Participate in solution walkthroughs and validations with stakeholders.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and obtain sign-off with minimal changes.
- Ensure minimal gaps between documented requirements and delivered solutions during UAT.
- Liaise with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Management, and Technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Coordinate with project teams to facilitate requirement workshops and discussions while ensuring achievement of billing milestones.
- Engage with customer stakeholders proactively to mitigate risks and avoid escalations.
- Document, analyze, and prioritize change requests.
- Update user stories and communicate the impact of changes to all stakeholders.
- Provide accurate effort estimations for requirements and enhancements.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
