Any Graduation

- Strong requirements gathering , convert business/process requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and test scenarios.
- Agile delivery experience working with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams; manage and refine product backlogs.
- Business process modeling expertise experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, swimlane diagrams, value-stream mapping, and root-cause analysis.
- GenAI & AWS understanding knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, generative AI, AI agents, and AWS Bedrock; coding is not mandatory.




- Engineering collaboration work closely with Engineering Leads to validate technical feasibility, solution designs, integrations, data requirements, and system dependencies.
- End-to-end delivery ownership manage assigned processes/AI agents from discovery , requirements , development ,UAT , deployment, including risks, dependencies, and documentation.
- Robust stakeholder & communication skills facilitate discussions, work with senior stakeholders across property management/lease/finance/operations, and balance business value, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
