Elicit, clarify, and document business requirements.
- Articulate key functional capabilities of the SaaS solution suite.
- Lead fit-gap analysis to assess business requirements against out-of-the-box capabilities and work with cross-functional teams to determine action plans for gaps.
- Establish user stories and backlog items, and prepare test specifications using Agile methodology.
- Prepare implementation deliverables including business requirements documentation, functional specification documents, and test strategy documents.
