About the Role

Tutee Kaksha Academy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable B.Tech CSE / Coding Faculty to teach programming and computer science concepts to school and college students.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, positive communication skills, and the ability to explain coding concepts in a simple, practical, and student-friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging coding and programming classes for students.
- Teach programming concepts from basics to advanced levels.
- Prepare lesson plans, coding exercises, assignments, and practice problems.
- Teach languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript based on student requirements.
- Explain concepts such as:
- Programming Fundamentals
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Object-Oriented Programming
- Problem Solving & Logical Thinking
- DBMS & SQL




- Computer Fundamentals
- Web Development basics
- AI/ML fundamentals, if qualified
- Conduct regular coding tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track student progress and provide individual guidance.
- Use real-world examples and projects to make programming easy to understand.
- Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment.

Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in CSE, IT, AI/ML, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals.
- Good problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Good communication and classroom-management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Freshers with strong coding knowledge and teaching interest are welcome to apply.
