Broker Sales - General Insurance - 3+ Years - Mumbai An exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Sales professional to drive commercial insurance business through the Indian Broker Channel in Mumbai.

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities -

1. Develop and manage relationships with leading Indian insurance brokers in Mumbai.
2. Identify new corporate business opportunities through broker relationships and market intelligence.
3. Drive business acquisition, retention and portfolio growth through the broker channel.
4. Drive corporate business across Fire & Property, Marine, Engineering, GMC, GPA, Surety and other commercial insurance products.
5. Understand corporate risk profiles and coordinate with brokers and underwriting teams to structure appropriate insurance solutions.
6. Support quotations, coverage structures, terms, pricing, negotiations and renewal discussions.
7. Work closely with Underwriting, Claims, Risk Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance and senior management.
8. Achieve premium, revenue and profitability targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of new business and renewal opportunities.

Requirements -

1. 3+ years of relevant experience in General Insurance.
2. Currently working with a General Insurance company.
3. Relevant experience in Corporate / Commercial Lines / Broker Channel.
4. Strong exposure to commercial insurance products such as Fire, Marine, Engineering, GMC, GPA and/or Surety.
5. Experience dealing with Indian insurance brokers and corporate clients.
6. Strong understanding of insurance underwriting, quotations, policy structures,



pricing and commercial negotiations.
7. Proven track record of achieving business targets.
8. Graduate in any discipline; insurance qualifications will be an advantage.
