We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager / Branch Manager to manage the overall operations and performance of our healthcare centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and monitor the centre team, attendance, discipline and productivity.
- Drive revenue, sales, consultation conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor cash, billing, inventory and stock management.
- Ensure hygiene, clinical processes and service standards are maintained.
- Handle centre administration, maintenance and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance and Corporate teams.
- Conduct regular team meetings and resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Centre/Clinic/Healthcare/Retail Operations.
- Strong leadership, communication and team-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational processes.
- Healthcare or clinic experience will be preferred.
