Brand & Account Manager → connects the two and owns the journey from client requirement to business outcome.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can understand businesses, build client relationships, shape brand strategy and drive execution.
You’ll work closely with clients and our Strategy, Creative, Digital, Performance & Technology teams to turn business requirements into meaningful brand and growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
Client & Account
- Own key client relationships and day-to-day communication
- Understand client needs, challenges and business objectives
- Translate requirements into clear briefs and actionable plans
- Coordinate clients with internal teams
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
Brand & Strategy
- Conduct brand, audience and competitor research
- Develop brand positioning, messaging and marketing direction
- Identify gaps,
opportunities and new growth possibilities
- Turn business objectives into campaigns and communication strategies
Execution & Growth
- Coordinate campaigns across Creative, Digital, Social, SEO & Performance
- Manage marketing calendars, campaigns and client deliverables
- Track performance and help optimize initiatives
- Support strategic pitches, proposals and new business opportunities

You don't have to be an expert in everything.
But you should know enough to ask the right questions, bring the right people together and make things happen.
We're Looking For
- 4+ years in Brand Management, Account Management, Marketing, Client Partnerships, Growth or similar
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Strategic and commercially minded
- Comfortable working directly with clients
- Strong coordination and ownership
- Curious, proactive and hands-on
- Agency / startup / multi-brand experience is a plus
