The Branch Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all marketing and business development activities of the company. The role focuses on increasing subscriber enrollment, enhancing brand visibility, supporting branch business growth, and achieving organizational targets through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent customer leads through field marketing and promotional activities & achieve the individual business target
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase chit enrollments across all branches.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
- Support branches in achieving monthly business targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Pay: ₹44,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
