Branch Manager (BM) | MSME Loans

Position: Branch Manager – MSME Lending

Industry: NBFC / Financial Services

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Brahmapur,Odisha

( Immediate Joiners will be preferred.)

Key Responsibilities

1. MSME Loan Business Development
2. Customer & Business Assessment
3. MSME Loan Processing
4. Collection Management
5. Branch & Team Management

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline, except B.Tech / M.Tech.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in NBFC, banking, microfinance or financial services.
- Experience in MSME / Business Loan preferred.
- Good knowledge of local market and customer acquisition.
- Good communication, customer-handling, field-sales and team-management skills.
- Willingness to undertake field visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
