Brakes India is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Systems Engineer to support new product introductions, manufacturing process development, capacity planning, and facility implementation across manufacturing units.

Key Duties

- Process planning for in-house manufactured components.
- Manufacturing feasibility and cost estimation studies.
- Capacity planning and facility implementation.
- Machine, tooling, and equipment selection.
- Supplier evaluation and technical negotiations.
- Process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows, TPS).
- Production system optimization and productivity improvement.
- Lean Manufacturing and TPM implementation.
- Equipment commissioning, validation, and handover.
- Quality and safety compliance monitoring.

Candidate Profile

- BE Mechatronics with 4-9 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and Process Planning.




- Experience in Automotive / Engineering Manufacturing.
- Exposure to CAD/CAM, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, TPM.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems, FMEA, DOE, and SAP preferred.
- Positive communication and supplier management skills.
