Position: Blend Master

Experience: 1–5 years in bottling, blending, or related production roles

Location:Jharkhand

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily bottling and blending operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.

- Conduct blind tests and sensory evaluations to verify blend consistency and target flavor profiles.

- Monitor material quality, perform incoming rawmaterial inspections and ensure compliance with ENA/FSSAI guidelines.

- Manage blend formulation, adjusting ratios to achieve specified quality and quantity targets.

- Maintain accurate batch records in SAP, including material usage, yield calculations, and dispatch information.

- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of finished blends.

- Perform regular quality control checks, record data, and trigger corrective actions when deviations occur.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives, proposing new blend recipes and process optimizations.

- Liaise with external labs or marketresearch agencies for specialized testing and validation.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in bottling, blending, or production supervision within the food, beverage, or chemical sector.





- Handson knowledge of blending processes, material handling, and quality control methodologies.

- Proficiency in SAP (or equivalent ERP) for batch tracking, inventory, and dispatch management.

- Ability to conduct blind tests and interpret sensory data objectively.

- Strong understanding of ENA quality standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., FSSAI).

- Basic analytical skills;

experience with data capture tools or easy programming (e.g., Python, Excel macros) is a plus.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills for crossfunctional coordination.

- Ability to work in a fastpaced production environment and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience developing new blend formulations or enhancing existing recipes.

- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) or lean manufacturing tools.

- Exposure to automated bottling lines and related control systems.

- Prior involvement in market research or product testing projects.
