Key Skills: BIOS/UEFI, Firmware, x86 Platform Debug, Customer Engineering
- Support customers with BIOS/UEFI, firmware, platform bring-up and production issues.
- Debug issues across BIOS, firmware, hardware, OS, PCIe, memory and platform initialization.
- Handle customer issue triage, technical escalations and end-to-end issue closure.
- Work closely with BIOS/Firmware, Silicon, Validation, QA, FAE and Product teams.
- Experience with ACPI, SMBIOS, Secure Boot, PCIe, RAS and power/performance configurations.
- Hands-on with JTAG, firmware debug tools, logic analyzers and crash dump analysis.
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows and Python/Shell scripting preferred.
- Customer-facing experience with OEM/ODM or external customers is highly desirable.
