We are looking for a passionate and qualified Biology Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Biology concepts effectively, preparing students for examinations, conducting practical activities, and supporting students in achieving solid academic results.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Biology to students according to the prescribed school curriculum.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
- Explain biological concepts using practical examples, diagrams, models, and activities.
- Conduct and supervise Biology laboratory practicals safely.
- Prepare students for school examinations and competitive examinations where required.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual academic support.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Keep students updated with relevant developments in Biology and science.
- Coordinate with parents and school management regarding student progress.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, examinations, and academic planning.
Eligibility
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biology, Zoology, Botany, Life Sciences, or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. preferred/required as per school requirements.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also be considered.
