Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer billing and payments accurately
- Operate billing/POS software
- Manage cash, UPI and card transactions
- Prepare bills and invoices
- Assist customers at the billing counter
- Answer basic customer queries about products
- Coordinate with sales staff regarding billing and purchases
- Maintain daily billing and cash records
- Ensure the billing counter is clean and organized
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good knowledge of numbers and calculations
- Honest, responsible, and punctual
- Pleasant and professional attitude
- Previous billing/retail experience is an advantage
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply
