BILLING STAFF

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience: Experience in building materials billing is an additional preference.

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle day-to-day billing and invoicing activities.
2. Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and other sales-related documents.
3. Maintain accurate billing records using Tally.
4. Ensure proper application of GST in billing and documentation.
5. Communicate professionally with customers and understand their requirements.
6. Coordinate with the store and factory for stock availability, material dispatch, and order processing.
7. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and material requirements.
8. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.
9. Collect and maintain potential customer data from social media platforms.
10. Identify and collect project requirements and business opportunities from the internet.
11. Coordinate with the sales and management team to convert enquiries into potential business.
12. Maintain proper customer and enquiry records.





Required Skills
1. Positive working knowledge of Tally and GST.
2. Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
4. Ability to learn quickly and understand new products and processes.
5. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
6. Basic knowledge of building materials and construction products will be an advantage.
7. Good computer and internet research skills.
8. Self-motivated, responsible, and organized.
9. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with previous experience in billing at a building materials store, construction materials company, hardware store, or similar business will be given additional preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
