Escalate major bugs to support Integrations: Check Zomato/Swiggy order syncing, caller ID integration, and online payment reconciliation MS Excel & Reporting Daily Reports: Export sales, item-wise, category-wise, and GST reports from Pet Pooja to Excel Data Analysis: Use Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters to prepare daily sales MIS, food cost %, wastage reports Reconciliation: Match Pet Pooja sales with Zomato/Swiggy payouts, bank statements, and cash register in Excel Inventory Sheets:



Maintain Excel sheets for vendor-wise purchase, stock ledger, and monthly consumption GST Prep: Prepare GSTR-1 sales data from Pet Pooja reports for accounts team Coordination: Work with kitchen, delivery partners, and accounts team for smooth operations Documentation: Maintain hard/soft copies of bills, vendor invoices, and daily closing sheets Required Skills Must-Have: Hands-on experience with Pet Pooja POS + MS Excel formulas, Pivot, filters Technical: Basic computer, email, printer setup, Windows OS knowledge Accounting Basics: Understanding of GST, debit/credit, cash handling Soft Skills: Rapid typing, attention to detail, can work under pressure during lunch/dinner rush Language: Hindi + English.
