– Billing Engineer

Industry: Electrical Power Projects / EPC

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify client bills, RA bills, work orders, BOQs, and quantity measurements.
- Review project quantities and ensure billing is aligned with approved BOQ, drawings, and contract terms.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for measurement sheets, work completion details, and supporting documents.
- Prepare subcontractor/vendor bills and verify quantities and rates.
- Track billing progress, deductions, variations, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain proper billing records and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for billing-related matters.




- Prepare MIS and periodic billing/progress reports for management.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Skills:

MS Excel, billing software/ERP, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, measurement & certification, contract understanding, and experience in Electrical Power Projects/EPC.
